A security deposit of 50,000 THB is required and will be returned upon check out less any damages or expenses residing from the guest, fair wear and tear is accepted
A deposit is required to reserve the villa equal to 50% of the total amount due, the balance payment can be paid on arrival at the villa
No shows are 100% non refundable
Cancellations must be received in writing, email acceptable. Cancellations made prior to 14 days before arrival are 50% non refundable from the total amount
Payment can be made by bank transfer, the bank transfer charge is the responsibility of the sender and must be paid upon transfer to the bank, failure to pay the bank transfer fee can be paid on arrival at the villa to the rental agent
