Terms and Conditions
Deposit and Full Payment:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking the villa.From Dec 15 - Jan 15 bookings, full payment is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings during the rest of the year, full payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations:
For Peak Season bookings, all payment except the 50% deposit is refundable for any cancellation made less than 45 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings during the rest of the year, all payment except the 50% deposit is refundable for any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Security deposit:
A 15% security deposit is also required when full payment is paid for the villa. The deposit is fully refundable, provided you or your party are not responsible for any damage to the villa or its contents during your stay.
Minimum stay:
There is a 10-day minimum stay requirement during Peak Season (Dec 15th-Jan 15th)
There is a 3-day minimum stay requirement during High Season (Dec 1st-14th, Jan 16th-April 31st)
