* The Property rates are net inclusive of service charge and prevailing government tax,
per villa per night.
* Peak season minimum 2 weeks stay required.
* Peak season only whole villa (6 bedrooms) will be rented.
* Rate included; airport transfer, cleaning, cook, 24hrs. staff.
* Food will be arranged on up on request, original cost of food plus 20% coordinate fee
will be charged.
* Cooking by experienced cook (both Thai & International food) is free of charge.
* Security Deposit of USD1000 is required on the date of arrival and will be returned to
client on check-out date after our staff checked any damaged.
* Term of payment; to confirm the booking we required 50% of rental on booking,
balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date of rental.
